Books to the Rescue
​
The Friends have a partnership with Books to the Rescue Twin cities. We have purchased several book bags for first responders that are filled with books and stuffed animals appropriate for children of all ages. So far we have donated book bags to the Dakota county Sheriff’s Department and the Rosemount Police Department. Our goal is to furnish a bag for every first responder unit in Rosemount.

Rosemount Area Literary Community
​
The Friends coordinate with The Rosemount Area Arts Council in March to present the annual Wrters' Festival and Book Fair. In addition to a keynote speaker, a number of writing-related workshops are offered along with a Book Fair with local and regional authors selling their
