Triskele: A Symbol of Heritage and Community
Standing proudly at the heart of Robert Trail Library, Triskele is a striking freestanding sculpture crafted by renowned local artist Foster Willey. The three interlocking spirals, a symbol of eternal life, have been a prominent motif in Celtic art for centuries.
This stunning piece not only enhances the library’s landscape but also reflects Rosemount’s deep Irish heritage, serving as a visual tribute to the community’s cultural roots.
Foster Willey is a Minnesota-based sculptor and public artist who maintains his studio in St. Paul. With a passion for large-scale works, his art has been featured in numerous municipal and public spaces, adding beauty and meaning to communities. Explore more of his work at www.fosterwilley.com
